2.1 Permitted Use

3. Affiliate Program Terms

3.1 Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Nigeria or have valid Nigerian identification
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Submit valid identification documents for verification
• Maintain an active bank account for commission payments

3.2 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful property sales according to the following structure:

• Bronze Tier: 1% commission on property sales
• Silver Tier: 1.25% commission (after 5 sales)
• Gold Tier: 1.5% commission (after 10 sales)
• Platinum Tier: 2% commission (after 15 sales)

Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.

3.3 Commission Payment

Commission payments are subject to the following terms:

• Commissions are calculated after successful property transactions are completed
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦50,000
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 business hours
• Payment is made to the bank account registered in your profile
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspected fraudulent activity

3.4 Referral Program

Affiliates can earn additional income through our referral program:

• Earn 5% of your referrals' commissions for their first 6 months
• Referrals must use your unique referral link during registration
• Referral commissions are paid alongside your regular commissions

3.5 Affiliate Conduct

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Represent Dotland Estate Ltd professionally and ethically
• Provide accurate information to potential clients
• Not make false or misleading claims about properties
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
• Not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing

3.6 Termination of Affiliate Status

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Failure to maintain required documentation
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

4. Property Listings and Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our properties:

• Property information is subject to change without notice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property listings
• Property availability is not guaranteed until a formal agreement is executed
• All property transactions are subject to verification and approval
• Property prices and terms may change without prior notice

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Dotland Estate Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your access to or use of our website

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Anambra State, Nigeria for any actions not subject to arbitration.
